The first section between the buildings goes up fairly steadily at a nice percentage and remains so after you turn left at the roundabout and continue up a very winding section. Further on, you turn diagonally right into a very small road and the ribbon development is exchanged for a nice green setting. The tarmac gets worse (partly even just two asphalted tracks) but remains good to ride. Moreover, the pace is slow as there are tough bits in it. Further on, the asphalt gets better again, it goes downhill for a while and there is a rather steep final section.
