Steady ascent with no difficult sections anywhere and changing scenery (from dense housing to forest, meadows and eventually ribbon development). Good asphalt, after the roundabout lots of swerves and you make quite a few altimeters.
Gestaag oplopende klim met nergens moeilijke stukken en wisselende omgeving (van dichte bebouwing naar bos, weilanden en uiteindelijk lintbebouwing). Goed asfalt, na de rotonde lekker veel slingers en je maakt best wat hoogtemeters.
Nice climb and much friendlier alternative to the Drolenval. First part is still a bit busier but from the roundabout onwards fine. Then you wind your way up nicely and easily. From Grande Fontaine you have a nice view on the right and fortunately you don't have to go very far. Nice climb but not spectacular :)
Leuke beklimming en stuk vriendelijker alternatief voor de Drolenval. Eerste deel is nog wat drukker maar vanaf de rotonde prima. Daarna slinger je mooi en gemakkelijk omhoog. Vanaf Grande Fontaine heb je aan de rechterkant een mooi uitzicht en gelukkig hoef je dan niet meer zo ver. Leuke beklimming maar niet spetterend :)
