One of the most difficult Belgian climbs outside the Ardennes and it feels that way. The average percentage of above 10% is impressive and then flattered because of the descent in between. The climb immediately starts bellowing between houses and holds that gradient for a long time. At the junction there is some relief but then it pulls on for a while until you turn left into the descending road. That descent is of little use as it goes down pretty fast and within seconds you are at the side road for the second climb. This one starts steep and then only gets steeper until you suddenly find yourself at the top. Largely good tarmac, only the section marked "bad tarmac" is indeed less so, but otherwise has no potholes. It is very bumpy, though.
