Towards the approach to the slope, you will see a hill in the centre of Linden with lots of trees on it. This is the slope you have to go up here. On the first section, in Pastorijstraat, you will encounter quite a lot of traffic. Here you have concrete slabs that lay well. The slope is not too bad here. Nice tarmac road in a hollow. The gradient appears to be the same all the time here. This is where I struggled and stopped for a while.
After a while, you can see the top in a residential area. This last part can still hurt.
Nowhere really very steep, but because of the continuing "high" gradient, this slope can hurt.

The approach from Linden is not the finest: even though the concrete lanes are still of decent quality, they remain concrete lanes.... The busier traffic from the village centre does no favours...

Fortunately, after a while you have to leave the busier road and turn right and follow the arrow "Steenveld-Steyveld". The wide concrete lane turns into a narrow hollow road that is nicely paved. The 10% warning sign at the beginning of this lane seems rather like a lame joke to me: agreed, the gradients do rise more steeply here but 10% never seemed like it to me.

At the next intersection, I turned left to start the descent towards Leming and then Meesberg. That way you string together some fine climbs over a short distance.

Together with the Chartreuzeberg and the Muur van Wezemaal, one of the nicer climbs in the area. Rises nicely without being terribly hard or difficult. Very nice climb!

Zeer fijne klim!

The first section climbs from the centre of Linden along a wide concrete road through a residential area.
After turning right, the narrow hollow road, flanked on both sides by imposing trees and stumps, climbs steeply up the hillside to reach the highest point at the exit of the forest.
Sporadic traffic. Good road surface.

Sporadisch verkeer. Goed wegdek.

No matter how often I do it, I personally just don't get used to the difficulty. The percentages are not that high though. It is very cosy and shady on hot summer days. In my experience there are also not many cars passing by.

Nice climb in the built-up area of Lubeek. The climb is harder than it looks on the graph above.
My Strava data only shows 330 meters but that's because the first part is flat and not indicated.
The last 330 meters have an average gradient of 7.3% .
The track is very wide with quite some traffic. But at the top you can turn left and is a 4 km long beautiful spur .
My time of 1'33" is therefore only over 330 meters .
