I liked this one a lot, definitely one of the more manageable sides of the Teide. You have a long ride through the forest, still burned from a fire not long ago. Very easy to keep a constant pace since the gradient barely changes, even getting flatter after the "El Portillo" bar.
As we say with us 't is a runner'....
But it will take you a while....
A bucket list climb? Definitely. But not such a spectacular climb now either. At the top, though, it's beautiful.
There is quite a bit of traffic on the road, but the 1.5m is usually well respected.

Maar je bent er wel even mee bezig....
Een bucketlist klim? Dat zeker. Maar nu ook niet zo spectaculaire klim. Boven is het wel mooi.
Er zit behoorlijk wat verkeer op de weg, maar de 1.5m wordt doorgaans goed gerespecteerd.
