Man beginnt auch hier wieder mit einer Abfahrt, aus der man etwas Schwung mitnehmen kann. Interessanter wird es ab der Ortsdurchfahrt von Rumscheid. Es sollte ein zügiger Rythmus gewählt werden, der gehalten aber ggf. noch ausgebaut werden kann, denn nachdem man in einem kurzen Flachstand die A45 überquert, wird es Richtung Bölling/Rölvede nochmal steiler. Die Länge des Anstiegs ist aber recht gut einsehbar, hinten raus knickt er etwas nach links ab, wird da aber auch schon wieder flacher. Der Asphalt ist insbesondere zwischen Autobahnquerrung und dem Steilstück recht dürftig mit einigen Schlaglöchern, das erschwert hier leider die Geschwindigkeitsmitnahme. Ich würde dennoch 3 Sterne vergeben, da man oben mit dem "Hagener Gipfelkreuz" belohnt wird.
