A beautiful climb that starts out very gentle and then begins to be felt...breathtaking scenery surrounded by nature. I didn't find any water supply points except for a refuge, but by the time you reach the top. Nice to try

Tough but spectacular ascent (especially in its second part) that takes you into Valtellina. Almost always double-digit gradients, so it must be tackled with adequate training. Not recommended during very hot days due to the almost constant sun exposure in the second part of the route. However, the effort is repaid by stupendous views!

Wonderful climb, from Mezzoldo onwards constant with few resting points. Very busy at weekends, wide panorama and good asphalt in places. Definitely worth doing!

An ascent that has everything, views, difficulty, parts where you can rest...one of my favourites
Done starting from Lecco with a loop tour (200 km), stupendous.
The Val Brembana cycle path along the route of the old railway is also very beautiful, I recommend it
Many motorcyclists on summer Sundays
At the pass you will always find food and drink trucks or, before the pass, refreshments
Fountains available when crossing the villages, nothing at the end and at the top

Molti motociclisti nelle domeniche estive

A very beautiful climb. I did it starting from San Giovanni Bianco, a little further down the valley. In the last kilometres you can enjoy beautiful scenery. Challenging because of the length more than because of the gradients, which in any case often run into the double digits. Asphalt in good condition in 2022. There are drinking fountains along the route.

Start at the gelateria in Olmo al Brembo. After you leave the village it starts to get quite steep. The first 10 km you will be guided by a beautiful river - Fiume Brembo di Mezzoldo. From San Giovanni on you can use a small gear (34x28 is really NOT recommended on this climb). It goes up the 13° until the water power station. Here we can take the pressure off our legs. Through Ristorante Genzianello to quite a few hairpin bends. Then it gets hard again until 1 km below the summit with some 10% climbs. You can see the last 3 K (perfectly ? 😳). Up to the top. Really a No pain No gain climb. Wonderful

😳) zien. Up to the top. Echt een No pain No gain klim. Prachtig
