In my opinion, the most beautiful ascent of the Pas de Peyrol.
Magnificent scenery, magnificent summit.
Compared to the other slopes, there's no terrible gradient, but the climb is long and sustained throughout.

Gereden in juli, het was er erg rustig. Geen lastige of absurd zware klim, vooral ontzettend mooi, je komt ogen te kort onderweg. Vrolijke koeien met bellen om hun nek die je her en der staan na te kijken met meewarige blikken. Zeer ‘zen’ allemaal. Een aanrader.

Done the climb from Aurillac. Total 35 km with over 1100 altimeters (1200 according to Komoot). Couldn't fully enjoy the views due to the rain. But where the view was there it is magnificent. Steady climb without extreme percentages.
