Reviews/stories (2)
My experience with French drivers is quite different from the one described in the introduction about the love-hate relationship in France.
Today, in the Grand-Est, I made a 50 km trip on quiet D-roads where 70 or 80 km/h is allowed. People pass me by riding on the left side of the road and when there is an oncoming car they stay behind me (despite sufficient width for bike and 2 cars) and only overtake when there is no oncoming car anymore. I have had many of these experiences solo on the road bike and solo on the fully loaded holiday bike.
And when it gets busier, patience and caution are sometimes abandoned sooner. That is true, but I guess that is not typically French.
Bon voyage. Paul
Bon voyage. Paul
Magnificent region of beautiful exits has to realize with beautiful collars for all levels a lot of sympathetic collars to make in Canet to attack the alps
