The most passable route to cycle from Eupen to the Pannensterzkopf (and then to Küchelscheid) because without the Raalkopf in between. Nevermind that it is still a long climb with lots of altimeters. The stretch on the link road feels tedious although traffic is not too bad. Once you turn off, it becomes wonderfully quiet with sometimes beautiful scenery. Mostly fine tarmac.
Overwegend prima asfalt.
