No cobbles and no super steep sections that allow you to really cadence cycling. The road itself is also super, nice tarmac and a few nice curves to make it interesting. Everything has been described perfectly in the three previous comments.
It's soft and pleasant. The little bicycle sculpture is a pleasure. There's a lot of pedalling around Mont Cassel here. A very peaceful alternative to the Petit Chemin de la Gare and the Porte d'Aire, two more exciting routes. But the descent and its bends are a real asset.

As Maikel said, the most beautiful climb in Cassel: it's all switchbacks, good road conditions, not much traffic, no big % so good for practising climbing.

A very pleasant climb to Cassel! One of the only cobblestone-free climbs to the town for road-loving climbers.
Quite a rolling climb with low gradients and a small section with higher gradients at the end of the climb! A must do!
