From the exit to Leiberg, no traffic is allowed in either direction, only local traffic. The road is of poorer quality but still not too bad.

I have never done the 15% part, the Leibergweg is steep, but you can do it on its own on the big slab because it is rather short.

Very nice climb just outside the center of Aarschot. Actually it's a 3 stage climb because when you drive from the Diestsestraat to the Braekepoort you suddenly face a wall. Luckily this is only a few hundred meters and it's a very wide track. After the steepest part you turn left between the rows of houses where you have to watch out for parked cars. At the end of the houses you turn left into a very narrow asphalt road (the Leibergweg) which is quite steep and especially nice for cycling (here the road surface is a bit less but not a problem for a road bike). At the top it keeps on going up and at the T-junction you can turn left and drive down the very steep Schoonhovendreef or go straight on or turn right where there are some nice roads again.
Later I will place some pictures.
