Via the Hasselholzerweg you climb steadily. At the junction with the Preusweg you turn right and soon after you turn left onto the Karlhöher Talweg. Prachtige klim zo vlak buiten de stad Aken, tussen de weilanden en de bossen. Eerste stuk loopt vrij makkelijk, dat eerste stukje aan 9％ in het profiel durf ik ook te betwijfelen.
