Where that climb starts to flatten out, you turn left here with a sharp hairpin bend after which the really steep section suddenly continues for a bit longer. Then it flattens out after which you enter the grounds of the Sint-Maartenskliniek with a 180-degree turn. After the summit, a relaxed descent towards Berg en Dalseweg.
