Varied climb that starts over a good bike lane along a somewhat wider road. Further on, you enter a residential area where it rises nicely after the bend. After turning right, there is a small descent after which the road rises quite nicely over a longer stretch to the top.
Gevarieerde klim die begin over een goede fietsstrook langs een wat bredere weg. Verderop ga je een woonwijk in waarbij het na de bocht even lekker oploopt. Na rechtsaf te zijn geslagen volgt een kleine afdaling waarna de weg over een langer stuk weer best aardig stijgt tot de top.
On Sophiaweg, although busy, there is a bike lane with fine asphalt. On Theresiaweg, the asphalt is downright bad. It is deserted there, though. If you don't feel like a descent and right-angle turn in this climb, you can also just keep cycling straight on Sophiaweg. The climb then goes up to the traffic circle with Kwakkenbergweg and gives you just as many altimeters. Otherwise it is mainly climbing in the forest between the villas on a bicycle lane.
Op de Sophiaweg is het weliswaar druk, maar ligt er een fietsstrook met prima asfalt. Op de Theresiaweg is het asfalt ronduit slecht. Het is daar wel uitgestorven. Als je geen zin hebt in een afdaling en haakse bocht in deze klim, kun je ook gewoon rechtdoor blijven fietsen op de Sophiaweg. De klim loopt dan tot de rotonde met Kwakkenbergweg en levert je net zoveel hoogtemeters op. Verder is het vooral klimmen in het bos tussen de villa's op een fietsstrook.

Niet de moeilijkste, langste of steilste klim in deze regio, maar zeker leuk om mee te nemen als je in de buurt bent. Hij is rustig, de weg is goed en je houdt zeker lucht over om even rond te kijken naar de mooie huizen hier.
