Very nice climb, mainly because of the scenic beauty. The climb starts very gradually on a wide road, but near the hamlet of Bosschenhuizen, the road gets narrower and steeper (and the road surface a bit less good, unfortunately). The last part you cycle through a nice upper layer after which you end up in Trintelen.
Hele mooie klim, vooral vanwege het landschappelijk schoon. De klim begint heel geleidelijk op een brede weg, maar bij het gehucht Bosschenhuizen wordt de weg smaller en steiler (en het wegdek helaas ook iets minder goed). Het laatste stuk fiets je door een mooie bovenlaag waarna je in Trintelen uitkomt.
Easy climb with sometimes nice views to the left. Is a nice descent if you have made the climb from Eys.
Eenvoudige beklimming met soms mooi uitzicht naar links. Is een mooie afdaling als je de beklimming vanuit Eys hebt gemaakt.
Scenically nice climb from Simpelveld to Trintelen. Not too steep and a nice run to all kinds of interesting descents further on.
