Variant van de Tiegem waarbij je vanuit het veld van Kaster of Gijzelbrechtegem komt en zo Tiegem dorp afsnijdt wat interessant kan zijn als je niet over de drukke weg naar Tiegem wil. Ik vind deze op zich lastiger dan de normale weg. Je rijdt eerst over slechte beton om dan volledig je ritme kwijt te zijn als je de echte klim op draait, terwijl bij de normale weg heb je een afdalingetje voor je aan de klim begint waardoor je gelanceerd bent.
