Ascent actually starts as soon as you leave Munster, using the first kilometres of the Schlucht to follow the road towards the Wettstein until the turn-off after Soultzeren on the right. To the summit at Le Linge, it is about 13 km from Munster. Road is in pretty good shape and traffic is not too bad either (especially compared to the first stretch on the Schlucht). During the climb, you cycle partly through forests but also partly through open countryside. If the climb can be a bit harder, you can also cycle to Le Ligne via Hohrod

Tot aan de top bij Le Linge is het vanuit Munster circa 13 km. Weg ligt er vrij goed bij en ook het verkeer valt mee (zeker in vergelijking met het eerste stuk op de Schlucht). Tijdens de beklimming fiets je deels door de bossen maar ook deels door open landschap. Als de beklimming wat zwaarder mag kan je ook via Hohrod naar Le Ligne fietsen

Ideale beklimming voor klimmers die van een tempo vol houden. Percentages vallen vrij goed mee. Weinig schaduw en een iets drukkere weg. Eens boven op de Wettstein sla je rechtsaf naar Collet du Linge. Hier kom je in bosrijker gebied wat bij warme dagen vrij aangenaam is. Dit laatste stuk is het minst lastige deel. Eens boven kan je het museum over WO 1 bezoeken. De afdaling richting ‘Trois Epis’ is zeer aangenaam en veilig om erbij te nemen als je een toer wil fietsen.
