Nice even climb through the woods of over 17 km where it is nowhere too difficult. At the top you will find the necessary memorials and cemeteries related to the First World War. This certainly is a memorable climb and a good warm-up for heavier cols. After the climb there is a nice descent with beautiful views.
Leuke gelijkmatige klim door de bossen van ruim 17 km waarbij het nergens te lastig wordt. Op de top kom je de nodige memorials en begraafplaatsen tegen mbt de 1e wereldoorlog. Hierdoor zeker een memorabele klim en een goede opwarmer voor zwaardere cols. Na de klim volgt er een leuke afdaling met mooie vergezichten.
A long running climb where the first part to Trois Epis is the steepest. Much of the climb is through the forest so unfortunately you don't have much of a view. In Trois Epis where there is a large hospital you have the possibility to buy food or drinks. On top of the Col de Ligne is one of the many memorials of WW1.
Een lange lopende klim waarbij het eerste stuk tot aan Trois Epis het steilste is. Veel van de klim loopt door het bos waardoor je helaas niet al te veel uitzicht hebt. In Trois Epis waar een groot ziekenhuis staat heb je de mogelijkheid om eventueel drank of eten te regelen. Bovenop bij de Col de Ligne is een van de vele gedenktekens van WW1.
