Nice even climb through the woods of over 17 km where it is nowhere too difficult. At the top you will find the necessary memorials and cemeteries related to the First World War. This certainly is a memorable climb and a good warm-up for heavier cols. After the climb there is a nice descent with beautiful views.... read more

A long running climb where the first part to Trois Epis is the steepest. Much of the climb is through the forest so unfortunately you don't have much of a view. In Trois Epis where there is a large hospital you have the possibility to buy food or drinks. On top of the Col de Ligne is one of the many memorials of WW1.
