A beautiful and varied climb over mostly narrow asphalt roads and paths. In the first part you can pull on it for a while. At the church sharply to the right (quite steep) and then up along the cemetery. You see this path rising nicely in front of you. It is very narrow and because of the tennis club you may encounter a car here from time to time. Further on the path becomes steeper. Where it drops sharply to the left (a kind of hairpin bend) you enter a steep and somewhat hidden path. Here you ... read more

An alternative for the zonneberg, but just a bit easier/less steep.
At Huis De Torentjes (waving to Andre Rieu) turn right and climb along the Schutterijweg steeper and steeper.
Do not forget to keep left at the end of the climb and then climb all the way up. Once at the top, make sure you turn left to continue cycling to the magnificent viewpoint over the Enci quarry.
