Nice and gentle climb that for the most part is on a reasonable road surface. Couple of sections where it is pretty bad. Good climb for on hot days, as the trees do provide some shelter.
Mooie en rustige klim die voor het grootste deel over een redelijk wegdek loopt. Paar stukken waar het er vrij slecht bij ligt. Goede klim voor op warme dagen, want de bomen geven wel wat beschutting.
This is a nice one in the Liège area. While winding you drive uphill, first between houses and then some trees and finally houses again. You can enjoy a nice view but you can't enjoy the road surface (in most places) unfortunately haha. In terms of percentages still nice and friendly! Highly recommended
Dit is een leuke in de omgeving van Luik. Al slingerend rijd je naar boven, eerst tussen de huizen door en dan wat bomen en tot slot weer huizen. Je kunt genieten van een mooi uitzicht maar je kunt niet genieten van het wegdek (op de meeste plekken) helaas haha. Qua percentages nog lekker vriendelijk! Aanrader
One of my favourite climbs in the region.
The first part goes through a pretty village, part two through a beautiful forest where you imagine yourself deep in the Ardennes.
The last part is open and you have great views over the valley of the Ourthe.

Het eerste deel gaat slingerend door een fraai dorpje, deel twee door een prachtig bos waar je je diep in de Ardennen waant. Het laatste stuk is open en heb je een prachtig uitzicht over het dal vande Ourthe.
Het asfalt is wel heel slecht geworden, maar kan bergop nog net.

Leuke klim met verschillende haarspeldbochten. De omgeving is afwisselend, want de weg loopt deels door een mooi bos, maar heeft op andere plekken juist weer mooie vergezichten. Het wegdek in het bos is niet optimaal, maar dat mag de pret tijdens deze klim niet drukken (voor een afdaling leent het zich echter wat minder).
From Liege one of the most beautiful climbs to do. Beautiful views and a nice even percentage. After the cemetery, if you look to the left, you see a church and behind it Liege. The road surface is typical belgian and very bad, but that doesn't make the climb less worthwhile.
Vanuit Luik een van de mooiste klimmen om te doen. Schitterende vergezichten en een fijn gelijkmatig percentage. Na de begraafplaats zie je, als je naar links kijkt een kerk met daarachter Luik. Het wegdek is op de eerste stukken in het bos typisch beligsch en heel beroerd, maar dat maakt de klim niet minder de moeite waard.
Superb climb, not too difficult. Because of the many hairpin turns you imagine yourself in the mountains. In some places the tarmac is lousy, but as there is no traffic you can steer clear of it.
Schitterende klim, niet al te lastig. Door de vele haarspeldbochten waan je je even in het middelgebergte. Op sommige plaatsen is het asfalt idd beroerd maar aangezien er geen verkeer is kan je overal netjes omheen sturen.
If you are there, you should absolutely take this one. Start at the water and then up through the forest, at one point you have a very nice view of a church / castle. The road is not very good everywhere, but during the climb I don't find that the biggest problem, the higher you go the better the road gets.
Als je er bent, moet je deze er absoluut bijnemen. Starten aan het water en dan door het bos naar boven, op een bepaald moment heb je een heel mooi zicht op een kerk/kasteel. De weg is niet overal even goed, maar tijdens het klimmen vind ik dat niet het grootste probleem, hoe hoger je gaat hoe beter de weg wordt.

Pareltje! Asfalt is op sommige plekken inderdaad beroerd, maar over de hele klim genomen valt het nog mee. Locatie is ideaal, perfecte doorsteek als je vanuit de kuitenbijters rond Luik richting de langere beklimmingen aan de noordkant van de Ardennen wil.

Mooie klim, zeker gezien de haarspeldbochten alleen jammer dat op sommige plaatsen de asfalt er slecht bij ligt.
Maar zeker een aanrader zou je in de buurt zijn!!
