It's not the steepest slope, but the usual road at the end after Miribel. Still splendid scenery over the Chartreuse.
Done on March 4, 2026.
Apart from one or two steep sections well represented on the profile, the climb is on the whole fairly smooth and takes place on a beautiful road with no shade except on the final stretch through the woods.
The scenery is nothing out of the ordinary.
Traffic on this Wednesday, almost late in the morning, was moderate, but I think it must be heavier in summer, as this is a main road.
