Fairly straightforward pass up to the junction with Portet d'Aspet, but after that you start an extremely irregular climb with percentages spiralling out of control, 8,9,10,15％! Col assez simple jusqu’à la jonction du portet d’aspet , mais après vous entamez une ascension extrêmement irrégulière avec des pourcentages qui s’affolent , 8,9,10,15％! Arrive en haut , une gentil dame nous as vendu de la nourriture excellente avant d’entamer une descente et retourner à Toulouse . Nice climb... easy approach and really starts at the junction of the Portret de Aspet and Menté. I'm not cycling for a year yet and was able to get into a good rhythm. The beautiful hairpin bends are a pleasure and also good to take the tension off the legs and get ready for the piece to the next bend. The traffic was very quiet and the road surface was good.
Mooie klim… rustige aanloop en begint pas echt bij de splitsing van de Portret de Aspet en Menté. Ik fiets nog geen jaar en kon in een goed ritme komen. De prachtige haarspeldbochten zijn een genot en ook lekker om de spanning van de benen te halen en je op te maken voor het stuk naar de volgende bocht. Het was heel rustig qua verkeer en het wegdek was goed.

Heb deze kant ook nog omhoog gedaan een tocht later. Er zitten al de nodige hoogtemeters in de flauwe aanloop dus het is een stuk makkelijker van deze kant. Het begint pas echt vlak onder het dorpje middenin. Hoe veel het scheelt ook als je de col al kent en hoeveel bochten je nog moet! Er kwamen allemaal longboarders naar beneden die profiteerden van het rustige verkeer en het goeie asfalt
