Im Februar war auf der N340 fast nichts los, die Aussichten dafür teils spektakulär schön und der Asphalt perfekt. Dazu kommt die extrem geringe Steigung, die die Strecke auch für Restdays attraktiv macht. Das letzte Stück hoch zum Atalaya de Cerro Gordo ist schlecht asphaltiert, aber in der Mitte der Straße gibt es fast durchgehend eine Linie ohne größere Schlaglöcher. Also ganz sicher auf Reifen > 25mm sehr gut fahrbar. Die Abfahrt nach La Herradura ist dann wiederum perfekt asphaltiert!
