Once you get to a junction, what I would class as the “Oia’ climb is over and then there is a long false flat on a beautiful plateau, there are often free range horses, cows, goats and sheep. There is another kick up with a couple of turns, interestingly named “the devil’s elbow” and you are at the summit.
