Lekkere rustige loper. Weinig verkeer. Indien je doorfietst tot Altastenberg kom je alleen wel op een drukkere weg, zoals er hier veel in de buurt zijn. Beter is om na 8km klimmen rechts af te slaan in de richting van Niedersorpe. In Niedersorpe vervolgens de weg volgen richting Bad-Fredeburg en daarna afdalen tot Rimberg en vlak daarna rechtsaf richting Osterwald en weer rechtsaf richting Siedlinghausen. Leuk kort rondje met aardig wat hoogtemeters zonder al te veel verkeer.
