Nice quiet runner. Little traffic. If you continue to Altastenberg you come to a busier road, as there are many around here. Better is to turn right after 8km climbing in the direction of Niedersorpe. In Niedersorpe then follow the road towards Bad-Fredeburg and then descend to Rimberg and just after that turn right towards Osterwald and right again towards Siedlinghausen. Nice short round trip with quite a few altimeters without too much traffic.
Lekkere rustige loper. Weinig verkeer.
