The first part of this climb is immediately challenging as it starts with rough cobblestones followed by cobbles, with steep sections and tight corners here and there. Then you end up on tarmac where you have a brief respite but soon you are facing a straight road with a steep gradient. Once you get past that, it slowly flattens out until the end. In short, a very varied climb.

Daarna kom je op asfalt uit waar je even respijt hebt maar al spoedig kijk je tegen een rechte weg met een flinke helling aan. Als je die eenmaal achter de druk hebt vlakt het langzaam af tot het eind. Kortom een heel gevarieerde klim.
