Road in good condition, acceptable traffic

A wide but fairly quiet road so from the built-up area it goes straight into the green and with a nice twist towards the rather long tunnel (where some cars'd like to accelerate which doesn't really feel safe). Soon after the start, the gradient is pretty punchy and it stays that way through the tunnel and also the straight after the tunnel - so you feel it. After the right-hand turn, the percentage increases sharply but the legs have already given a lot by then, so the rest of the climb - through agricultural areas and past some houses at the end - you will also feel it.

DeVal Fassotte will not win any prizes based on its beauty. The climb starts within the built-up area and unfortunately some cars still drive fast by. What makes this climb fun is the pretty tough start. The percentages are at and above 10% the first 600 meters. If you start the climb in the Rue du Bois at 50 meters, the first 200 meters are against a wall of 18%. If you are in the neighbourhood, don't miss it!
