I really cycled my lungs out on the last bit. It may not be cobblestones, but it reminded me of the Paterberg 😅.
Heb me op het laatste stukje echt de longen uit mijn lijf gefietst. Het zijn dan weliswaar geen kasseien, maar het deed me wel denken aan de Paterberg 😅.
Nice climb. It is not too long, so it is easy to do. Make sure you have some left for the last part to the castle. Here it gets really steep!!!!
Mooie klim. Hij is niet te lang dus prima te doen. Zorg dat je nog wat over heb voor het laatste stuk naar het kasteel. Hier wordt het echt zeer steil!!!!
It was a nice climb, until you get to the top. Bad tarmac, and the view was a bit disappointing. Also, the 23％ part was very steep with a 30/28 gear.
Het was een mooie klim, tot je op het punt komt om naar de top te gaan. Slecht asvalt, en het uitzicht viel wel wat tegen. Ook was het stuk van 23％ erg steil met een 30/28 verzet.
Very nice climb to the local castle from the coastal campsites there, but make no mistake. The last 300 metres to the castle go up to 24％ ! So colour that section black. You'll hardly get ahead. But it's cool when you look out over the region without your feet on the ground and the forest road leading to it is very quiet, only one car goes there and a stray hiker. Go especially early in the morning.
Hele leuke klim naar het lokale kasteeltje vanuit de kustcampings daar, maar vergis je niet. De laatste 300 meter naar het kasteel gaan tot 24％ !! Dus kleur die sectie maar lekker zwart. Je komt bijna niet vooruit. Maar wel vet als je zonder voetjes aan de grond uitkijkt over de regio en de bosweg erheen is heel rustig, een enkele auto komt daar en een verdwaalde wandelaar. Ga vooral vroeg in de ochtend.
