The toughest variant of the climbs this way but unfortunately the steep sections in particular have some poor tarmac - which makes it even spicier. Especially the first steep section which starts with two hairpin bends is pretty gruelling. After that, you can take a rest on a flat section, after which the second, shorter section soon follows. After that, it's cycling out.
