A climb that runs almost entirely through agricultural areas on car-free roads. unfortunately, this has a downside because over a number of stretches the tarmac is downright poor. But the climb starts nicely and over fine tarmac with occasional views of Theux. Further on it flattens out and from the hamlet of Wislez you follow slightly undulating mint or more the contour lines where you do often have nice views to the right - but actually the road surface needs to be watched carefully too. Beyond Rondehaie, it stays like this until you reach houses again. Turn left there for a small but tough bouncer: the steepest part of the climb.
