You start from a descent, so there's not much pain to be had here. However, there is a bike intersection at the base and you may have to buckle up there after the descent. The start is on a wide tarmac road through the forest. After the parking lot it becomes a narrow bike path. Hard cycling is out of the question; this part is very popular for many cyclists because of the beautiful views and the beautiful surroundings.
Je start vanuit een afdaling, dus je hoeft hier niet veel pijn te lijden. Er is echter een fietskruispunt aan de voet en daar moet je misschien in de ankers na de afdaling. Het begin is op een brede asfaltweg door het bos. Na de parkeerplaats wordt het een smal fietspad. Hard fietsen is er niet meer bij; dit deel is heel populair voor veel fietsers door het prachtige uitzicht en de mooie omgeving.
