Jammer dat de afdaling naar het begin en het eerste deel van de klim over een nogal hobbelig asfaltfietspad lopen want de omgeving is erg fraai. Als je rechtsaf bent geslagen kom je op een uitstekend betonfietspad en gaat het meteen lekker omhoog (alleen dit stukje is volgens mij al die 9 klimpunten waard). Daarna komt al snel de brandweertoren in beeld die een mooi mikpunt is voor het einde van de klim.
