2km of intense wall riding on porphyry. I climbed with a 36/34 ratio, in my case it was more about minutes per pedal than pedalling per minute. If you stop, you can't start again.
I was amazed that this narrow road is two-way.... Moreover, I rode it on a Friday morning and it was relatively busy (I encountered more than 5 cars in about 20 minutes).
Still, it is an extremely beautiful climb that is worth doing if you are in Trieste.
2km di muro intenso su porfido. Ho scalato con un rapporto 36/34, nel mio caso si parlava più di minuti per pedalata che di pedalate per minuto. Se ti fermi non puoi ripartire.
Mi ha stupito il fatto che questa stretta strada sia doppio senso... Inoltre l'ho percorsa un venerdì mattina ed era relativamente trafficata (ho incontrato più di 5 auto in una ventina di minuti).
È comunque una salita estremamente bella che vale la pena compiere se si è a Trieste.
A climb comparable in difficulty to the famous Muro di Sormano. It must be done with the right ratio otherwise you will be forced to get off your bike. Leg-breaking.
Una salita paragonabile per difficoltà al famoso Muro di Sormano. Da fare con il rapporto giusto altrimenti sarete costretti a scendere dalla bici. Spaccagambe.
