Probably the toughest climb I have ever ridden, with hefty sections above 20%. THE Garmin indicated 21. Had to put my foot down. First stretch through the valley is sheltered. From the col at the end, the landscape becomes very open with the necessary cattle. Gigantic memorial at the summit.
Catering facilities at the summit and near the col.
One of the toughest climbs on the Grappa, in the top three. Obviously a tough climb (like all of them) but very enjoyable, quiet, and very evocative throughout the first part.
The real "problem" is the central part after Chiesa Nuova, where the road, for a few kilometres, becomes really terrible. Averages of 20%, peaks even higher, very few moments to rest, an ordeal. On a bad day, you are likely to put your foot down. Those who like to suffer will find something to enjoy here.
Your website is really gourgeos! Congratulations! Unfortunately the statistics of this hard climbs are completely wrong! The highest slope is 21%! And for at least 2km the slope is around 20% , seeing your altimetric profile it seems all another climb!
