Do it, but be prepared because it climbs all the time and the % indicated do not reflect the steepness at all. It's steep but it's doable! Once you reach the cable car, things calm down and the panorama is sumptuous, with a view of Lake Geneva.
A faire mais par contre soyez prêt car ca grimpe tout le temps et les % indiqués ne reflètent pas du tout la raideur. C'est raide mais c'est faisable! Une fois arrivé au téléphérique ca se calme et le panorama est somptueux avec la vue sur le Lac Léman

also from this site the road is in good condition.
when you are about 2/3th to the top you pass "Le Telepherique" ..a gondola lift. Although this is closed since end 2021 for a view years for major renovations
but a great viewpoint though.
