On s’ennuie un peu sur ce versant. C’est doux et long. L’autre côté depuis Miellin est nettement plus excitant et exigeant.

A nice, quite gentle climb, via nice roads with some nice views.
At the end there is a steep section to the café, but fortunately this is only a short section.
We descended towards Miellin in the rain, it was not very pleasant: lots of stones in steep blind hairpins, not really recommended.
I descended this col after the Col de la Chevestraye and it was a lot better: great road, good road surface, great curves, ...

Een toffe, best rustige klim, via mooie wegen met enkele mooie zichten.
Op het einde is er een pittig steil deel naar het café, maar gelukkig is dit maar een kort deel.
Wij zijn afgedaald richting Miellin in de regen, erg aangenaam was het niet: heel veel steentjes in steile blinde haarspeldbochten, niet echt aan te raden dus.
Deze col zelf heb ik afgedaald na Col de la Chevestraye en dat was toch een pak toffer: grote baan, goed wegdek, toffe bochten, ...

Nice climb, but with a very steep part at the end! Nice if you're looking for a challenge, the descent afterwards is very steep and when I was there (aug 2020) there were many loose pebbles, so quite dangerous.

Lekkere klim, maar met een enorm steil stuk op het einde! Wel leuk als je een uitdaging zoekt, de afdaling erna is erg steil en toen ik er was (aug 2020) lagen er veel losse kiezelsteentjes, dus best gevaarlijk.
