Perhaps my favourite climb in the region, and a wonderful discovery! You stay in the forest the whole way up, which is ideal in the summer. There's not much traffic and the road is in relatively good condition, some parts very good, others gravelly (I passed just after some roadworks, bad luck). The crossing at Arconsat is steep, but the rest of the climb is very steady. You have to climb this pass if you're passing through!
Peut-être ma montée favorite dans la région, une très belle découverte ! Vous restez dans la forêt pendant toute l'ascension, ce qui est idéal durant l'été. Assez peu de circulation et une route en relativement bon état, des parties très bonnes, d'autres gravillonneuses (je suis passé juste après des travaux, pas de chance). La traversée d'Arconsat est raide mais le reste de l'ascension est très régulier. Il faut grimper ce col si vous êtes de passage dans le coin !
A fine, fairly demanding climb. Relatively regular except for a very steep section in the village of Arconsat (world capital of cabbage sausage ;-) ).
Belle montée, assez exigeante. Relativement régulière sauf un passage très raide dans le village d'Arconsat (capitale mondiale de la saucisse de choux ;-) )
Nice climb with little traffic. Rather steep in the beginning so that there is a risk of blowing yourself up quickly. In the twilight hours, there is a lot of wildlife crossing the road. Beautiful but also quite tough.
Mooie klim met verder weinig verkeer. In het begin nogal steil waardoor het risico bestaat jezelf snel op te blazen. In de schemeruren veel overstekend wild. Prachtig maar ook behoorlijk pittig.
