This is great cycling if you like long runners. All the way from the river to the top. This climb takes and takes, but fortunately never gets really steep for long. I cycled up this one having already challenged myself considerably the day before...it was toil on that hot summer day and it was all worth it in the end.
Dit is heerlijk fietsen als je van lange lopers houdt. Helemaal vanaf de rivier naar de top. Deze beklimming duurt en duurt, maar wordt gelukkig nooit echt lang steil. Ik fietste deze op terwijl ik de dag ervoor mezelf al flink uitgedaagd had...het was zwoegen op die warme zomerdag en het was het uiteindelijk allemaal weer waard. De variant van Chavanay is bekender.
