Not too difficult climb with some flatter parts. The real climb starts at Prat de Mollo, before that it is climbing along the stream. It gets quieter and the road then goes largely through the woods. The last part can be windy because you dive directly into the plain.
Niet al te moeilijk klim met wat vlakkere stukken. De "echte klim" begint bij Prat de Mollo, daarvoor is het klimmen langs de beek. Het wordt hierna ook rustiger en de weg gaat dan grotendeels door het bos. Het laatste stuk kan het winderig worden omdat je dan direct de vlakte induikt.
Did the climb on the way to Valter 2000.
Little traffic (I find of all the climbs in the Pyrenees, except the legendary names) and after 13km stunning views towards the Spanish border and beyond.
Not a killer but the length makes it a nice job.
At the back there is a nice descent to Camprodon to start Valter 2000.

Weinig verkeer (vind ik van alle beklimmingen in de Pyreneeën, behalve de legendarische namen) en na 13km schitterende uitzichten richting de Spaanse grens en voorbij.
Geen killer maar de lengte maakt hem toch een aardige klus.
Aan de achterkant ligt een mooie afdaling naar Camprodon om aan Valter 2000 te beginnen.
