Mostly straightforward. The road through the gate takes you onto old cobblestones that are rather messy. That still makes the climb really tricky. After the village, it rolls on for a while.
Veelal rechttoe rechtaan. De weg door het poortje brengt je op oude kasseien die nogal rommeling liggen. Dat maakt het klimmetje nog echt lastig. Na het dorpje rolt het nog even door.
After a long run on excellent tarmac and between houses as well as greenery, you enter the pretty old centre of Clermont and the tarmac briefly turns into rather bumpy cobbles. After turning right, the cobblestones continue for a very short time before a mostly straight run - again with excellent tarmac - to the end. Nice climb but because of the straight roads a little less than other climbs in the immediate area.
Na een lange aanloop over uitstekend asfalt en zowel tussen huizen als groen kom je in het fraaie oude centrum van Clermont en gaat het asfalt even over in best hobbelige kasseien. Na het rechtsaf gaan lopen de kasseien nog heel kort door waarna een grotendeels rechte loper - weer met prima asfalt - tot het einde volgt. Leuke klim maar vanwege de rechte wegen iets minder dan andere klimmen in de directe omgeving.
