Those who think that you will only find steep sections on the other side of the Middelberg will be disappointed. This climb is somewhat unknown, but certainly not unloved! From the busier Leuvensesteenweg, the road goes up almost immediately at a good 6% pace, with a small peak here and there. After the short left turn, you might get a bit of a scare, because another steep part is waiting for you: you wouldn't expect it, but this stretch spoons even higher percentages on your plate (visually you won't notice it, because the road is wider on this stretch than on the previous one).
Next, you come to a small descent, to finally reach the end of this little climb.
Definitely worth a try!

This climb is worth the effort.
If you drive from the N19 in the Bert Leysenlaan it goes already quite uphill but after some 200 meters you have to turn left into the Beatrijslaan and then you see a wall in front of you that goes up quite steep for 300 m . Once at the top you go straight on for a while and then you follow the road on your right, a slight descent but it comes after the steepest part. 70 Metres further the track turns left and then it goes back fairly firmly false flat uphill for 250 metres.
