Fantastic experience and at more than 50 kilometers long really the most intense mountain I have ever climbed. The road is fine and from this side is not at all crowded. I normally don't suffer much above 2000 meters altitude, but here I got really heavy above 2700 meters. The views on this climb are really breathtaking. Very special is that even above 2000 meters you encounter a 7-eleven. So you can actually quite light and with little stock up. But to jacket is really necessary. At the b... read more

At the bottom it was 25 degrees in Puli with me, but at the summit it was less than 5 degrees and it was blowing hard. If you ever have a chance to ride up the Wuling pass, pick and side and don't let this pass you by!
