Very busy road, definitely not recommended. The road surface is good over the entire climb. The first part is a constant runner, not exciting in terms of scenery. I wouldn't cycle it again.

Erg drukke weg, zeker geen aanrader. Het wegdek is over de gehele klim goed. Het eerste deel is een constante loper, qua omgeving niet spannend. Ik zou 'm niet opnieuw fietsen.

A long climb with quite a few altimeters on good tarmac. Not much to criticise in itself, but it is a bit boring imho. The whole climb is on wider connecting roads where the first half can also be quite busy. It's a very good runner though until after the left-hand bend. Then the road undulates a bit until you turn right where a relaxed climb continues to the top.
Is it worth a diversion? Mwah hard to say. My preference then is for smaller roads anyway. But for getting from A to B quickly, I think it's a great option.

Een lange klim met flink wat hoogtemeters over goed asfalt. Op zich weinig op aan te maken maar hij is imho wel een beetje saai. De hele klim loopt over bredere verbindingswegen waarbij de eerste helft ook nog redelijk druk kan zijn. Het is wel een heel goede loper tot na de haakse bocht naar links. Daarna golft de weg een beetje totdat je rechtsaf slaat waar een relaxte klim doorloopt tot de top.
Is het een omweg waard? Mwah moeilijk te zeggen. Mijn voorkeur gaat dan toch uit naar kleinere weggetjes. Maar om snel van A naar B te komen lijkt het me een prima optie.
