Still worthwhile to cycle up here. The road surface is not good, but you go through the beautiful surroundings of the High Fens.

Short but beautiful climb out of the quite deep valley of the Weser. At the bridge, there is a hide and you can see the stream nicely. From the beginning it goes up nicely. Further on, there is a piece where the road is partly washed away but there is enough space to stay on the asphalt. The slope continues for a while after which it first flattens out and then suddenly changes to a sort of false flat which you can easily see in front of you, because the road is straight to the end. Nice woody surroundings and reasonable to good tarmac.
