A nice and easy climb, where the "devil is in the tail". The road is in good shape and was very quiet even on a Saturday.

Just for the descent alone you may ride this climb, you can really flame towards Spa/Theux. The first part of this climb is nice false flat/uphill on a busier but good road. Then right up, then the steeper part starts (relatively steep) and is quieter. Through a wooded area you ride up with no views. A nice and long climb 7/10

Coming from the Col du Rosier, you can cycle to the Cote de la Vecquee via La Gleize. The approach is along the main road from Coo to Stoumont and is basically false flat; from Stoumont you then turn right up the Cote de la Vecquee. Personally, this climb disappointed me a lot. The road surface is very bad in many places, especially at the edge, and with traffic, as a cyclist you suffer a lot. Furthermore, you hardly have any views during the entire climb, except for the last 300 metres. So for me, this climb is not really worth a diversion.
