This is quite a tough climb, especially the first part through the Benedendorpseweg. This first part starts on a cycling path that is in a very poor condition, which is not conducive to the climbing pace. Later on you come out on the main road, and the climb gradually flattens out.... read more

Nice climb that starts out quite tough and goes on for a long time, at the end it does flatten out somewhat. The climb is steeper than you think when you arrive at the beginning.

Have now done it for the first time in 2025. And I can conclude that I still find it spicier than I think when I go there. It's just a bit too long to stomp upwards and the percentages are un-Dutch actually ;).

This one was sneakier than expected anyway. By the way, the cycle path is pretty good but could be better. Otherwise in summer/spring definitely a nice one to cycle

Pleasant climb, first on a narrow bike path beside the road and then on a bike lane reasonably separated from the road. Little traffic. Climb is nice at first and then slowly flattens out. By the way, descending this climb is even more fun, over a winding cycle path which is a bit off the road.
