This one is really steep, don't start too fast, there's more to come ;-) Mind you, if you ride on, you will come to a rough gravel road. I ride tubless so not really a problem for me, but bear this in mind as this path goes on for quite a while.

Spicy climb that keeps going for longer than you initially expect. Unfortunately a dead end unless you like rough forest paths, in which case you can keep going. After the left turn, you're faced with cobbles and a sign "gladheid" and unfortunately this is not unjustified because further uphill it was quite slippery (slipping rear wheel) despite the fact that it had been dry and very warm for days. Really one of those's climbs where you fly onto the tarmac at the beginning and keep your spirits up even after the turn and the bricks, until you realise that the end is really much steeper and still have 200 metres to go to the top. Nasty thing, amazingly tough for this ridge.
